- 2006 Key program of CCTV;
- Assemble 26 experiencers as a team from mass-election nationwide and conduct a long march;
- During the long march, the conflicts among members occur repeatedly. Team leaders are changed for several times;
- Interview with Cui Yongyuan all the way and record the spiritual course of members.

Assessment:Where your team is
- Bruce Tuckman published Developmental Sequence in Small Groups in 1965, which is the origin of team
development stage theory;
- Dr. John E. Jones developed better team development model based on it and developed the Group Development Assessment with Dr. William L. Bearley;
- AMA takes the theory as reference therein and formulates the stage assessment of team development from the perspectives of team leaders. AMA identifies where the team is via assessment and select relevant team development booster.

In this program, team leaders learn to master the systematic method to judge - enhance - maintain for team’s development:
- Judge: Know team’s current status, find key problems which restrain team’s development and first solve those; never solve randomly-chosen problems.
- Enhance: Key problems are solved through corresponding skills to enhance team’s relationship as well capabilities required by missions.
