Ms. Cathy Hong has four years’ sales, three years’ marketing and fifteen years’ corporate training and consulting experience. Moreover, she also received many times of oversea training and is a member of ASTD. Ms. Hong holds certified qualification of LMI and MBA Study Center of China People University. She is also an authorized lecturer of Motorola University, Nokia Institute, Ericsson Institute, and Baidu Institute whose access threshold is rather high.

Ms. Hong used to work for several domestic and foreign companies, including Hong Kong Lun-Hey Medical Equipment Ltd, General Electricity, and Pinnacle, as sales manager, HR director, deputy general manager etc. Therefore she has practical experience in various enterprise cultures and job functionalities.

Ms. Hong was the first person assigned to be in charge of training in GCA area of GE Healthcare and became one of the very first training professionals in China. Meanwhile, after three-year following through the strict procedure of American Leadership Management Institution, she was among the first batch of local consultants certified with “Enterprise Coach” qualification and one of the very few professional “Management Coach” in China. Ms. Hong is adept at delivering management, interpersonal skills and other skill-oriented courses. She can also provide professional training on personal development and the train-the-trainer program.
