American Management Association

American Management Association (AMA) is the largest management education institute in the world. Established in New York in 1923, it now operates business through offices in 26 urban cities in 14 countries around the world.
Sticking to the principle of “Practitioners Help Practitioners”, we develop programs promoting “Learning through Doing”, delivered by trainers from all industries who were former managers, senior managers, consultants or CEO. Of the Fortune 500 companies, 488 are AMA’s clients. Annually more than 200,000 people worldwide attend AMA seminars.

American Management Association (China)

American Management Association (China) is the first international institute engaged in providing professional training and consulting services for the organizations and the individuals in China. Since our establishment in 1996, AMA China has provided service to 100 thousand people from more than 4000 enterprises, multinational, state-owned, and private-owned.

Through years of local product development, we have successfully introduced a wide range of world-leading management programs and training tools to China and developed them into products and services that meet the local needs. We have developed a comprehensive management training curriculum covering leadership development, sales, marketing, training topics. We have also built the country’s biggest full-time senior consultant team, focusing on organization consultation and diagnosis, program development, customization design and training delivery. We now have more than 100 employees, providing service from our offices in Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou. Each year, we hold around 500 public seminars on more than 40 topics, and closely work with the major multi-national companies, large state-owned companies and private-owned companies on in-house training initiatives.
