What’s the internal leadership? The internal leadership means, the leader can perceive his ineffective models in interpersonal interaction, break through limitations, and converts to the effective model. The effective model is used to balance sensibility and rationality, to establish emotional relation with subordinates, to realize subordinates’ full dedication and to even exploit innovation. Under this goal, this program with Satir theory as the basis and iceberg the metaphor allows participants to explore their ineffective model in 5 aspects: perception, emotion, behavior, expectation and desire, and also realizes conversion.
