Mr. Charles Ning possesses 12 years of working experience in the U.S. and 10 years in China in IT, financial and manufacturing industries. Such diversified background gives Mr. Ning insights into the fields of management, marketing and finance for multinational corporations. Afterwards, he joined the training industry and has accumulated 8 years of experience in training and coaching. As a devoted trainer, Mr. Ning expects and takes delight in introducing advanced western management methods to participants.

Mr. Ning had worked for various multinational corporations including J-M Manufacturing, Bank of America, Indus Group, IBM (China), and Intel (China), holding positions such as IT project manager, corporate solution development manager, strategic cooperation department manager for China region, strategic cooperation department director for North Asia region and solution director for China region. With the background at various companies and positions, Mr. Ning used to implement a two-year complicated project and lead a department of more than 40 employees. He had acquired really constructive experience in both grassroots operation and strategic management.

Mr. Ning had been a part of the consulting team at American Management Association (China) since 2003. As a senior consultant with actual case scenarios and clear logics, Mr. Ning shares his managerial experience with the participants and gradually increases the complexity of the course content with his unique teaching style.

His programs are closely related to the practical business problems with emphasis on learning application. His practical and effective programs are welcomed and recognized by the participants.

Mr. Ning graduated from National Tsing Hua University and has a MBA degree from State University of New York at Buffalo.
