Katherine Wang has accumulated rich experience and background knowledge with over 20 years’ work experience in management, sales, and individual development training.

Before joining AMA China, Ms. Wang had served for Johnson&Johnson corp. for 11 years, during which she took different managerial positions in departments of sales, HR, training & development and professional affair department and accumulated valuable cross-functional experience.

Ms. Wang also worked as a national training manager and trainer of Sian-Janssen Pharmaceutical Ltd and took charge of the training and development of employees in over 30 offices scattered nationwide. She provided national sales team with training programs in sales and leadership & management. Besides, she committed herself to the foundation of Janssen College in order to turn every manager into qualified trainer.

Before that, Ms. Wang was once the workshop head in pharmaceutical enterprises and section director in hospital. Therefore, she has a profound understanding of employee management and operation in the pharmaceutical industry.

Ms Wang is among the most senior and experienced professional trainers and training managers in China’s pharmaceutical industry in terms of training experience and has developed numerous management and sales talents for the industry. Years of training and managerial experience enables her to be proficient in all sections of training, including training needs analysis, program R&D and delivery, training evaluation and follow-up tracking.

Currently, Ms. Wang focuses on management and people development programs. Her training style is well-structured and right to the point.  Her solid theory basis and rich experience make the program intensive and convincing.  Her programs always receive wide acknowledgement and reputation from trainees.
