Helen Min has 16 years of experience in business management and served as senior manager in many transnationals. She successively held the position of HR director of ICG, the operating director of Canadian Eye global Consulting Co., Ltd, HR and training manager of Besta, a subsidiary of the Inventec Group and the admin manager, customer service manager and GM assistant of Grand Mercure, which is affiliated to French Yagao Hotel Group. She has accumulated rich experience in the areas of corporate operation, HR development, customer service and administrative management etc.
 
 
When Ms Min held the position of HR management, she explored and initiated the recruitment management practice based on competency model and introduced the structured interview method. Therefore, she successfully hired 180 employees within a year. She conducted position evaluation by referring to Mercer Career Progression System and established and optimized Salary Management System. She established successful performance management system based on MBO (Management by Objectives), 360-Degrees Performance Evaluation and BSC (Balanced Score card). She formulated and implemented the training plan according to the training needs analysis and developed over 10 programs and delivered them herself. At the same time, she had trained over 10 internal trainers for the company. She actively advocated the career planning management and had successfully established corporate talent echelon and launched the successor program. Ms Min had successfully taken charge of the change program of Besta and IGE and won the “Global Award for Peak Management Performance of the Year 2007” of IGE.
 
Ms Min also possesses rich experience in administrative management and customer service. In 1997, she successfully planned and held company’s annual art festival, covering over 10 items such as art and sports. In 1998, she planned and participated in the exhibition activity of Shanghai tourism festival and won the prize. She once took charge of the chain management project and successfully created the customer service brand of “Yes, I can!”, thus being recognized by both the company and market.
 
Ms Min has over 10 years of working experience incorporate management training and consulting project. She has provided service for over 100 enterprises and trains over 1000 students every year. She is the psychology consultant of National Career Development Association, the certified consultant of American Career Path Planning Management Association, the certified trainer of CORT program from Edward de Bono ( the Father of  Creative Thinking), certified image consultant of TOP-COLOR Certification Authority, the member of Society of American Human Recourse Management and Shanghai Psychological Society, the special contributor of such professional journals as “21St Century Talent Report”, “Training” and “Human Resource Management” and the senior lecturer for Management School of Fudan University and Overseas Management School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University
 
Ms Min delivers the program in a vivid and lively way. She advocates diversified and experiential training style and is good at interacting with participants with coaching skills. She actively develops action learning to ensure training effect so that participants can not only gain knowledge and enlightenment in class but also apply what they have learnt into real work. 
 
Ms Min holds the bachelor degree of business management and the master degree of international human resource management. She once went to Japan to conduct academic exchanges in business management and study the tea ceremony at the invitation of Japanese tea urasen ke in 1993.
