Lisa Feng, once a titled university lecturer, has twelve years experience of HR and people development in multi-nationals. She worked for many Fortune 500 companies as senior HR and training manager. Before joining AMA (China), Ms. Feng worked for Phillips, Schick, A.S Watsons Group and Citic-Prudential, accumulating insight of manufacture, retail and insurance industries.

Ms. Feng focuses on the areas of recruitment, development, performance management, organization change and customer service, and specializes in helping organization establish the system of recruitment, training, performance management, career development and competence model. Ms. Feng once successfully organized Mentoring project; implemented seminars for middle and high level management in “core competence” to help enterprises build talent’s leadership development path; promoted and manage “Management Trainee” project for many corporations and provided courses for freshmen on career mentality and development; launched e-learning project in organization, enabling participants of different cities to learn in their own initiatives and optimizing training management; developed and launched new performance management system for branches in 8 provinces and 19 cities of a JV owning nearly 1500 employees and facilitated the implementation of strategic goal; tailor-made core competence model for different functions, levels and positions nationwide and established overall training and development framework, enabling every employee to fully develop in their own positions; participated in and supported the change management project of enterprise mergers and acquisitions as a key member; led national “mysterious customer project”, unified customer service standard among 3000 employees in 200 shops nationwide, established customer service system of rewards and punishments, supervision and training, and effectively improve the customer service skill of employees.

As a senior training and development manager of several multinationals in China and Asia Pacific, she has been practicing communication and leadership skills .She had led many successful cross-regional and cross-functional projects. By her effective influence, she implemented projects at all levels of the company and received high praise and appreciation from executives. As a certified trainer of DDI’s "leadership" and" target selection" program, and "Situational Leadership",  Ms. Feng is adept in the training for employee at different levels and has accumulated theoretical as well as practical experience in the training industry.

At the invitation of several institutions, Ms. Feng served as a speaker and shared her experience in “training and development of strategic talents” with HR and management elites from different types of company, receiving wide praise.

After Ms. Feng joined AMA, she also successful managed several projects besides delivering programs. She helped a well-known jewel corporation implement management trainee “Seedling Plan” through pertinent training, reading sharing and workshops, facilitating those MTs to better integrate into the corporation; helped a medical corporation establish competence model for sales team; designed 360°feedback questionnaire for “Communication” course and helped a manufacturing corporation do after-class coaching on the basis of the results of the questionnaires; designed “Mentoring” training and developing plan for a corporation’s upper management level.

Ms. Feng is approachable and elegant with good affinity. She can highlight key points with clear logic and strong appeal. By encouraging participants to think for themselves, she is able to guide them to combine what have learned with real practice step by step logically. Miss Feng also places great emphasis on the training style of explaining the profound knowledge in a simple way and is adept in citing some work-related examples to help participants further understand and grasp the key points of the program.
