Full-time Consultant Team
In 1999, we decided to establish our senior consultant team, the first full-time consultant team in China and focused on organization consultation and diagnosis, program development, customization design and training delivery.
Our consultants devote to their training and are passionate to improve the competitiveness of Chinese managers and Chinese enterprises. They periodically exchange their experiences and insights and avail of the Mentor system to transfer know-how.
We now have 30 full-time consultants, who came from the multinationals of all industries with an average of 15-year experience in management and 7-year experience in program design and delivery. Before joining us, they were: VP of multinationals, Divisional manager, sales, marketing or HR director, senior training manager and etc.
Separate Program Development and Project Support Center
When training business first started up in China, all programs were based on translated resources, which greatly deviated from real problems encountered by domestic managers. In 2003, we established our separate Program Development Center. This team dedicates to program development and design of customized trainings while developing programs to drive Chinese enterprises’ development.
We’ve locally developed various training series on High Value Managers (basic management), Leadership (advanced leadership), Sales, Project Management, Simulation and Consultants. Some global classic programs such as Leadership Grid & Positive Power and Influence have been locally introduced by our effort.

We organized an elect of professional and sincere customer managers, who attentively track customers’ requirements, coordinate work and corporation among consultants, program development and service teams, and devote top professional service to enterprises.

To deliver more professional and excellent training experience to our customers, we definitely divide customer service team’s duties in detail. Customers joyfully experience our training with features of “ease, relief and comfort” from support in program material offering, training administration and on-site trainings.
