Ms. Cai has over 30 years of work experience in large foreign-invested enterprises and state-run enterprises, from which she has accumulated rich theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the field of management, sales, talent development, PR, etc. With over 10 years’ experience in providing professional training consultation and delivery, Ms. Cai has clients from different industries with various business models.

During Ms. Cai's service in Johnson & Johnson Shanghai and Xi’an-Janssen, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson in China, for over 10 years, she successively acted as medical representative, government affairs supervisor, commercial manager, regional sales manager and divisional HR manager. With such background, she was well-acquainted with the sales and management of multinational enterprises in China. During her time at Xi’an-Janssen as a regional sales manager, Ms. Cai led the OTC team and established an unique set of model for market expansion and channel management to include the target and non-target market coverage which span across Southern China. As a result, Ms. Cai and her team were awarded the honor of “Region of the Year of Xi’an Janssen”. Under her leadership, the sales team achieved outstanding performance, with some members being rewarded by exceptional promotion and some becoming senior executives of the industry in the future.

When Ms. Cai took charge of HR division, she prepared a whole set of HR schemes and methods to satisfy the challenging performance requirement of the division, which includes organizational optimization, target selection, performance management, HR cost management, succession plans and training programs targeting the future strategies of the company, which was used as advisory guidelines for the personnel development of the company.

During Ms. Cai's service as government affairs supervisor, she led the whole PR team of the South China Region to overcome multiple PR crisis successfully, preventing the company from losing tens of millions Yuan. Also, she has cultivated a group of outstanding crisis management talents for the industry.

Before joining Shanghai Johnson & Johnson Shanghai and Xi'an-Janssen, Ms. Cai worked a in 3A hospital for ten years, which has provided her with deep understanding on personnel management and corporate operation in domestic enterprises.

Ms. Cai’s teaching style features step-by-step guidance and close integration with hands-on exercises.  She is good at answering questions and exploring hidden consciousness and skills to get straight to the point. Ms. Cai is particularly good at capturing “the moment” through interaction and inspiring students to think over, explore and reflect on what they have learned. Ms. Cai has a Master of Business Administration Degree from Murdoch University in Perth, Australia.
