Mr. Leo Zuo has more than 20 years of working experience in large-scale foreign-owned enterprises, state-owned and private enterprises, accumulating rich experience in sales, corporation management and training, Mr. Leo Zuo have keen commercial insight, rich management experience and outstanding capability in solving problems.

When working with Kodak (China), Mr. Leo Zuo has served the positions of marketing representative, senior marketing representative and regional manager. He successfully developed the largest new channel for Kodak: Kodak and China Post Coopertation Project.

As a senior training consultant, Mr. Leo Zuo has 10 years of training experience. Dedicated to the research and training on business operation, leadership, general management and personal development skills, Mr. Zuo has acquired extensive knowledge and experience.

Before joining AMA (China), Mr. Zuo was a senior trainer of TTI (China), responsible for the development and delivery of management programs. He also served the positions of senior training consultant, R&D and operation director and general manager at Genesis Education Group, establishing and implementing the business strategies, the operation process, the program delivery standards and personnel development path, which had been considered a great enhancement to the Genesis’ business expansion in China. At the same time Mr. Zuo is responsible for the programs development and delivery for the key clients. As the chief judge for business simulation for CCTV’s program “Win in China” when the Top 108 competing for Top 36, he is highly recognized by the program team and the entrepreneurial appraisers. He was certificated as “Senior Business Simulation Course Trainer” and “Advanced Train the Trainer of American Alamo HRO Company.”

Mr. Zuo’s training style is coherent, clearly organized, humorous, highly interactive, and closely integrating what learned in classrooms and what applied in actual work. Mr. Zuo is very willing to share his learning and experience with participants.
