Our Consultant Team

In 1999, we decided to establish our senior consultant team, the first full-time
consultant team in China and focused on organization consultation and diagnosis, program development, customization design and training delivery.
Our consultants are devoted to their training and are passionate to improve the
competitiveness of Chinese managers and Chinese enterprises. They periodically exchange
their experiences and insights and avail of the Mentor system to transfer know-how
.
We now have about 30 consultants, who came from the multinationals
of all industries with an average of 15-year experience in management and 7-year
experience in program design and delivery. Before joining us, they were: VP of multinationals,
Divisional manager, sales, marketing or HR director, senior training manager and
etc.

Ms. Cathy Hong has four years’ sales, three years’ marketing and fifteen years’ corporate training and consulting experience. Ms. Hong used to work for several domestic and foreign companies, including General Electricity, and Pinnacle ,as sales manager, HR director, deputy general manager etc. Moreover, she also received many times of oversea training and is a member of ASTD.She is also an authorized lecturer of Motorola University, Nokia Institute, Ericsson Institute. As an expert at leadership and interpersonal skills, she is a swift thinker with clear logic and a congenial trainer.

Mr. Jason Zheng has more than 20 years of working experience in international medical institutions, consultant firms, quality certification organizations and training institutions. Mr. Zheng´s past titles include Vice President of InfoSense Technology, operation manager of Study Methods International. Mr. Zheng dedicates to developing various topics including managers´ strategic, practical and thinking. Mr. Zhou often develops and hosts internal workshops or action learning projects related with corporate annual strategies or performance review for various companies including Tecent, Citic Prudential and Asiainfo Linkage.Mr. Zheng’s training style is vivid, humorous, and capable of explaining content with clear logic and thread of thought.
