Our Consultant Team
In 1999, we decided to establish our senior consultant team, the first full-time
consultant team in China and focused on organization consultation and diagnosis, program development, customization design and training delivery.
Our consultants are devoted to their training and are passionate to improve the
competitiveness of Chinese managers and Chinese enterprises. They periodically exchange
their experiences and insights and avail of the Mentor system to transfer know-how
.
We now have about 30 consultants, who came from the multinationals
of all industries with an average of 15-year experience in management and 7-year
experience in program design and delivery. Before joining us, they were: VP of multinationals,
Divisional manager, sales, marketing or HR director, senior training manager and
etc.

Ms. YeeYin Pao, has stayed aboard for 30 years around, with a career life covering educational and financial circles.During her past almost 10-year experience in Arcadia Unified School District, YeeYin was keenly recommended by colleagues to banking area. She successively served for administrative or law departments in United National Bank, East West Bank, City National Bank, Cathay Bank and Mega Bank.In 2008, Yeeyin and her schoolmate founded "Peide Education Institute”. She is the certificated business etiquette consultant in California State University – Fresno.

Ms. Sophie Xie has 15 years of experience in human resources. She once served as the human resources manager and training manager of PepsiCo responsible for recruitment and team-establishment, remuneration, training and development, examination and more of branch offices, South China Area and West China Area. Thereby she has accumulated a wealth of human resource management experience. As a management staff, in addition to HR professional competence, she also acquires strong management skills. She did well in the communication with employees, counseling, incentives and trans-departmental cooperation, led the team to carry out the organizational capacity improvement and building, and successfully guided the corporate culture construction, sharing a number of successful stories inside the Group. Moreover, she won the Global CEO Award.

In Business Management and Psychology, Mr. Kent Chen owns rich practical experience, but also has accepted professional training.
He was ever the Chairman of ICF (International Coaching Federation) Taiwan, General Manager of IBM Telecom Group in Greater China, General Manager of Governmental Issues Group in Taiwan, Director of IBM Financial Department in Taiwan, and General Manager of Yao Qian Consultation Co.
Tutored by Dr. John Banmen — the renowned Satir master, Mr. Chen learnt Satir´s theory and application. Kent has also attained Master´s degree in Counseling Psychology - National Taipei Education University, MBA in University of Houston and License for the Taiwan Counseling Psychologist.
