Linsie Liu owns nearly 20 years of work experience in management, sales, people development and training in various transnational companies. She has especially accumulated rich practical experience in presentation, training the trainer, self-management and leadership EQ, together with distinguished viewpoints.
Ms. Liu was a sales consultant and certified trainer of American Carnegie Institution - a worldwide famous training institution, which provides consultation services for lines of renowned businesses. She provides consulting services for multiple companies in different industries. Ms. Liu receives praise from all customers through combination with business requirements to help customers clearly identify their root needs and through systematic directive opinions. At the same time, Linsie Liu was expert at the features and process on adult training throughout her 20-month training work in Carnegie. She applied solid training content and flexible training skills, to help participants fully master the key points. Moreover, she further coached participants to flexibly study and learn, while winning their sincere respect.
Besides, Ms. Liu is the EQ coach certificated Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence. In this field, she keeps helping herself and the surrounding people clearly understand emotions. Linsie also owns 5-year work experience in the transnational manufacturing field and successively assumed the position of production manager and training manager. During her service to Rosenberger Asia-Pacific Electronic Co., Ltd (a German invested company) , she was responsible for the competence development and training for over 1000 employees. Linsie received broad recognition throughout the company and won wonderful industrial reputation, in terms of improving employees’ individual efficiency and maintaining working enthusiasm.
Linsie Liu ever assumed the senior management position at Amway where she was mainly responsible for the sales team’s management and training. During that period, the sales revenue of Yantai Branch under her supervision rose rapidly and steadily, and for a long term it stayed in Top 10 list of Chinese branches’ performance ranking. Meanwhile her branch also enjoyed wonderful customer feedback and satisfaction. Despite of the industrial recession in 1998, she kept her team’s morale by the effective coaching and motivation for employees and thus doubled the monthly sales revenue.
