AMA (China) attended the 2013 HRA Chinese and Foreign Enterprises Human Resources Summit in Beijing on June 7th and 8th. The Summit has come to a successful conclusion.
With "Creating Value, Enabling Growth" as its topic, the Summit brought together renowned experts in human resources, economists, entrepreneurs, government advisers and HR managers to discuss how to exert the strategic value of the human resource management in business development and economic development.
Between 11:25am and 12:25am on June 7th, Jason Zheng, AMA’s Action Learning Director, made a keynote speech titled "How to Build Core Competitiveness in an Era of Great Change": Internet, digitalization, integration of industry and technology and user’s concern about experience are driving the changes of the whole era. In such a changeable era, how shall we build our own core competitiveness? We need to rely on a unique business model, customer-oriented proposition, systematic planning, rapid correction system, strategy-oriented leadership training mechanism and efficient teamwork. Where do these come from? Are these enough? We also need a new method to build the core competitiveness - Action Learning! Action Learning can achieve four benefits, i.e. personal leadership development, problem solving, team development and organizational change, at the same time. In the speech, Jason presented the implementation and assessment of Action Learning, and a number of successful cases of AMA Action Learning.
During the Summit, many participants came to AMA’s booth for consultation and exchange. Some participants felt the unique power of Action Learning from Jason's speech and registered for the Action Learning Experience Seminar on the site.
