AMA China attended the Fifth China International Professional Training Forum organized by CCPIT in Beijing on May 23. The forum has come to a successful conclusion.

With "Sustainable and Innovative Corporate Development Driven by Professional Trainings" as its topic, the forum gives a comprehensive display of the achievements and opportunities of international business trainings, actively promotes the realization of training results, and provides an in-depth push for the sustainable management and innovative development of Chinese companies, through a variety of activities including keynote forums, sub-forums, the International Business Training Achievement Exhibition, and coordination of demands of trainers and training institutions.

During the parallel sub-forum 1 in the afternoon, Mr. Jason Zheng, AMA China Action Learning Division General Manager/WIAL Action Learning Coach, shared his knowledge on Action Learning, which has won an enthusiastic response on the site. Action learning is able to enhance the learning effect by 9 times through learning from others and work, in order to really solve the problem; action learning develops the personal leadership and triggers reflection and practices in the course of learning knowledge.
