Ms. Hu has 27 years’ experience of human resource management in multinational enterprise. Since 1994, she has been successively accredited by foreign programs and  held  the post of corporate internal trainer and coach.

In her early days, Ms. Hu worked in Chemical Bank (Taiwan Branch) and took charge of financial customer management in marketing department, where she developed keen capability of customer need analysis and service. Later she joined in Beckman Instruments Inc, responsible for human resource. 7 years later, the company entered China market and she built Beckman China team, set up rules and regulations on organization operation, talent retention plan as well as remuneration & performance management systems, developed leadership & management talents in China. Because of her initiatives and driving in improving performance of human resource in Greater China, she was awarded Global Best Employee of 1997, being the first award winner from Asian Pacific representing human resource function. During her 11 years’ tenure in Beckman, she was accredited by DDI Performance Management and Interpersonal Interaction Program, and delivered  training inside the company every year.

Thereafter, Ms. Hu joined in S.C. Johnson, taking the position of chief human resource officer of Taiwan. She moved to Shanghai in 2002 and took the position of chief human resource officer of Greater China, which was one of core members for decision-making in Greater China. Ms. Hu was also appointed as Demand manager, leading human resource department with her business experience to become important strategic partner of the company. Ms. Hu has taken part in due diligence of global merger and acquisition for several times, and completed two mergers and acquisitions, established new culture to integrate with system. She has also coordinated with US headquarter to lead global organization transformations. She displayed outstanding leadership and interpersonal competency, which led to the smooth transition of organizational transformation. Meanwhile, Ms. Hu led cross-function team and human resource team to launch various initiatives on human resource and business, to enhance employees’ engagement and was recognized as Best Employer. During her 16 years’ tenure in S.C. Johnson, Ms. Hu held the post of internal trainer all the time, certified and delivered courses include: performance management and senior manager 1-1 coach of US Johnson Academy, situational leadership, the 7 habits of highly effective people, 360°  feedback. With her coaching, many female managers have been promoted and hold post of global department leader and department leader in China.

Ms. Hu cooperated with 9 CEOs of different styles and from different countries in 27 years, her professional competence, knowledge, adaptability and affinity is greatly recognized. She is praised as the company’s irreplaceable HR business partner. Her professionalism and leadership received unanimous recognition from her subordinates in S.C. Johnson’s yearly upward appraisal.
