Ms. Fan has over 10 years’ experience of project management and business management in global enterprises, accumulated rich theories and practical experience in programs such as project management, leadership, execution, influence, team collaboration, business reform and innovation, communication and negotiation, business presentation, etc.
In her early years, Ms. Fan held the post of program manager in Polycom China R&D center, which is one of the global largest video conferencing product suppliers, and directly reported to chief technology officer of China R&D center. Her major responsibility was to assist chief technology officer to build China R&D center. She drafted and implemented business management and operation process, including software, hardware, production and development process, product and project management & release process, etc. Meanwhile, she took charge of the global project management of product line for video conferencing product.
Later, Ms. Fan joined in global largest financial data provider, Thomson Reuters China R&D center, and held the post of senior project manager of value-added data department as well as manager of comprehensive project management department. Her business management scope included: project management, product release and management, business service and product training. Projects led by her involved 10 countries, over 30 teams, over 100 project members. During her tenure in Thomson Reuters, as one of the master trainers, she initiated and produced series of training called how to become transnational project manager, and won the title of Annual Best Trainer of China.
Ms. Fan has in-depth insight and macroscopic comprehension in IT internet industry’s project operation. She can discuss technological details with staff from research, technology support and production field, as well as discuss strategy management problems on project management and business operation with senior management of different functions and different departments.
Ms. Fan is enthusiastic, logical and meticulous. Her delivery manner is vivid and humorous. She pays great emphasis on the practical application. She puts trainees as the focus, helps them find solutions to their practical problems by patient guiding and teaching.
