Mr Young Yang has 15 years’ experience of marketing management, training management and professional trainer in global enterprise. He has accumulated rich theory and practical experience in marketing management courses such as Sales Team Management, Target Management, Design Sales operation Process, Sales Skills, Negotiation Skills, training system courses such as Building Training Management System, Develop Training Course, Cultivate Trainer Team, as well as personal skill courses such as personal expression, persuasiveness, communication, etc.

Mr. Yang once worked as regional sales manager in Swire Coca-Cola Bottling Company, 101 project manager and sales training manager for 8 years, in charge of regional marketing management, secondary market development project, construction and management of sales team training system. He has accumulated plenty of practical cases by preparing business branch, broadening marketing channel, managing sales team. Later on, he stepped into “one of his lifetime habits”—training industry. During his 5 years in Swire Group sales training department, he accumulated rich experience of training design and management in construction of training team,  and also he became headquarter marketing management consultant by more than 150 practice every year. 

 Then Mr. Yang joined Cofco Coca-Cola, served as headquarter sales training manager. In 5 years he successfully built “salesmen core capability training system”, trained more than 200 internal consultants team, published “ pocket tutoring book” for salesmen, successfully carried out 5 training projects. Mr. Yang became leading training officer of Cofco Coca-Cola with his rich experience in delivering training the trainer, and enjoyed great reputation in Cofco Coca-Cola and 5 brotherhood enterprises of Cofco.

Later, He joined global insurance industry leading brand Metlife, served as assistant vice president of direct response marketing channel, mainly in charge of the training work. During his tenure, he accumulated plenty of examples of online promotion of order, deal and objection handling with his market sensitivity, enriched cases and marketing skills of marketing training courses.

Before he joined AMA, Mr. Yang has cooperated with many renowned training companies, accumulated connection and teaching experience in extending teaching content and serving multi-category industry.
