With an 14-year work experience as mid- and high-level managers for many MNEs, Mr. Li Xin has accumulated a rich theoretical knowledge and practical experience in team building, market and HR development, and corporate consulting. Mr. Li has worked as the General Manager, Legal Representative and Product Director of Lectra Group; the Director of Xijie Er Human Resources Company; the Human Resources Manager and Strategic Business Analysis Manager of Lenovo Group in Southern China; and the Training Center Manager of Kerry Oils & Grains Group.

During the period as GM for Shenzhen subsidiary of Lectra Group, Mr. Li immediately set up a sales team of over 30 members in Shenzhen, Beijing and Shanghai to plan and organize promotions nationwide and achieved more than 10 million RMB in sales volume. He even established a customer service department, a training department and a salary management system at the mean time. Within three months, the sales volume was doubled to reach a new high. These frontline experiences make Mr. Li realize the role of human resource in enterprise operation and business departments’ expectations on HR management.

During the period he worked as training manager and HR manger for central & southern region of Lenovo Group, Mr. Li was in charge of training affairs (he also delivered leadership and corporate culture trainings), and staff team build-up. He established regional management and HR system, optimized regional recruiting channel and fully implemented the recruiting process, training planning and performance evaluation system. When he worked with Kerry Oils & Grains Group, Mr. Li reported directly to the Vice Chairman and was responsible for group training center by organizing the training & development work of the 15 plants in mainland China, which included multi-level leadership training, business training, management echelon construction, staff orientation, etc.

Mr. Li’s attention to interaction, lively and relaxed delivery style and hundreds of training-session experience rewards him with a nationwide trainee group and a over 9-point satisfaction degree. At class, he settles participants’ doubts, enlightens them to think actively rather than listen passively and let them witness the effects of new skills by comparing the positive cases to negative ones (or general situations to ideal ones). His training is innovative, systematic, focused, theory-reality combined, pertinent and applicable, which wins him praise from clients of all industries.

Mr. Li has bachelor degree of educational psychology in Shanxi University, and has studied for the master degree of psychology in Peking University.
