Mr. Xu has worked 26 years in IT and communications industry, and has accumulated rich experience in selling and operation management. Also, he held the post of corporate internal trainer as well as outside speaker on special subjects. He has delivered numerous trainings and cultivated large numbers of senior managements who are now playing active roles in Greater China’s IT industry.

Before joining in AMA(China), Mr. Xu has successively worked for IBM Taiwan for 13 years, which is famous for its strict selection of candidates, and then he worked in the management level of Computer Business Division in Procomp Informatics Inc., Global Business Division in VIA Technologies Inc., Maintenance and Service Business Division of Synnex (Taiwan) Technology International Corp. In 2006, he took the position of COO in dopod (China) Communication Corp., and COO of HTC (China) Communication Corp in 2010 respectively. He was setting up divisions of finance, administration, general affairs, management information service, product engineering operation, etc. ,which meet the criteria for global Top 100 enterprises.

Mr. Xu has been in sales related positions as long as 20 years. During his tenure in IBM, he created nearly 10 times performance growth for Personal System Group; he took the responsibility of global sales of PC chipsets and CPU in VIA, which undertook 95% of the business revenue. Afterwards, he created 3 times market share growth of domestic smart phone for dopod, and assisted numerous distributors to build new sales team and enter new phone market. Mr. Xu has accumulated profound and successful practices in terms of sales-related training. People who attend Mr. Xu’s classes will benefit a lot from his real cases sharing, in which way they can combine sales theories with practices.

Mr. Xu has successively held the posts of senior management in 5 domestic and foreign listed companies, and participated in numerous major projects of department transformation, business reengineering, resolution and merger of company, etc. He has equipped the original understandings on corporate medium and long-term strategy planning, strategy transformation and reorganization of leadership team. In terms of delivering training on corporate competitive strategy and corporate change, Mr. Xu can give constructive suggestions according to the individual case of client companies as well as in-class teaching.

Mr. Xu graduated from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan, majoring in engineering science, and is Master of Computer Science at Utah State University, U.S.A.
