Since 2012, AMA begins providing Value-added Tax Special Invoices. According to Chinese national regulation, all customers that first cooperate with us are required to provide information in the red field above.
AMA will send you the confirmation mail before the program, so please arrange procedures including payment, based on related information.
Please pay before the training. In special case of extending payment cycle, both parties should confirm with each and provide information on payment process by fax or E-mail.
In assurance of training effect, trainees should be present and sign in 15 minutes before the program. Any trainee that will be absent for some reason has to inform of AMA 5 working days before the program. The already-paid charges will be kept for next program and won’t be returned. If registration is cancelled within 5 working days, we will charge 20% of that program’s announced pricing as compensation for field and textbook cost.
If training cannot be held due to deficient attendees or any other force majeure, you’ll be noticed 5 days before the program. So please wait for our confirmation before scheduling your agenda.
Only if 80% training hour and content are fulfilled, you can attain the program’s credential conferred by AMA.
In terms of AMA’s protection for intellectual property, during trainings, we only provide trainees with all materials’ printed instead of electronic version. Any audio or video record on the training spot is also forbidden. Thank you for the understanding and cooperation.
If you training fees are not paid to bank account indicated by AMA within 30 days after the program, 5% of training expenses will be additionally fined for delaying payment.
