AMA China joint as the sponsor two sessions of "2012 Enterprise Training Business Exhibition" hosted by Training Magazine. Beijing session was held on Oct. 31st while Shenzhen session Nov. 13th.

During this exhibition, AMA discussed with invited guests around 2013 training cooperation. AMA's programs — "Coaching for Outstanding Performance" and "Leadership Grid Lab®" were voted as "Classic Programs for 2012 Chinese Enterprise Training".

In addition, Mr. Ivan, AMA Regional Operation Director in South China was invited to make a presentation titled as "Challenges • Trends • Solutions — From Achievements on Organizational Development and Research to AMA's Leadership Development Solutions", which deeply interprets four major challenges against organizational development in Chinese enterprises and four major trends of global leadership development, so to further AMA's leadership development solutions integrated and researched based on these achievements on organizational development and research.
