In 2011, China Training Magazine listed 3 programs of AMA (China) as “2011 Best Programs for Corporate Training”, which is elected according to program design, lecturer certification, market performance, evaluation by customers and brand image, etc. AMA China’s 3 award-winning programs are: 

1. 2011 Best Training Program Brand of Chinese enterprises: Team Leadership
As one of AMA China's TOP 10 programs, it is developed by AMA China’s R&D team in 2 years and was warmly pursued by Fortune 500 enterprises since the launch in 2008.The program analyzes the current status of the team and solves problems in how to lead the team and to provide leaders with the systematic methods to judge-promote-maintain the future development of the team. It avoids the disadvantage of outward bound that only allows participants to understand what the team is and why the team, but fails to teach them HOW-to develop the team. By delivering systematic and practical tools, assessment and methods, it allows participants to solve all key problems during the actual development of the team, making it the most successful and applicable program under the theme of "team leadership" on the current market. On the average, this program benefits thousands of participants in 100+ classes each year.
2. 2011 Best Program with Copyright in China's Training Enterprises: Positive Power and Influence®
AMA China introduced this worldwide classical influential program in 2009, and with exclusive Chinese teaching, it filled up the blank on the domestic training market by solving the problem on how to realize influence in term of behavior.
This program, developed by the Situation Management Systems (SMS) of the US, originated from the “Participative Management” co-researched by National Training Laboratories (NTL), Yale University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology after WW II. One of its research topics involves how the individual positively and effectively influence each other without authority‘s restraint. As the result, this program was born in 1976. Today, this program has been introduced by over 40 countries and delivered in over 20 languages. In its history of over 30 years, it has been updated for 5 times and accepted by many Fortune 500 enterprises as a compulsory program for the promotion of managers.
SMS has strict screening standard and authorization process for agents, and since AMA China was selected the exclusive agent in China, 5 consultants of AMA China have participated in certificate awarding: SMS Master Trainer offers 2 days of original programs, 2 days of program transfer, 2 days of co-facilitator teaching with AMA consultants and 2 days of teaching independently by AMA consultants. The 5 AMA consultants have passed the full-process inspection of SMS Master Trainer and obtained the PPIP certified lecturer credentials after passing the examination.

Launched in 2004, it is developed independently by AMA China in 2 years.
