2014 Annual Meeting of Corporate Training and Development of China in Nanjing sponsored by AMA(China) has concluded successfully

AMA( China) attended the 2014 Annual Meeting of Corporate Training and Development of China in Nanjing, which is held by Training magazine from April 24 to April 26. Now the annual meeting has concluded successfully.

In 2014, corporate training market in China has stepped into a new era of development, with the speeded growth of training management, a new trend of corporate university, the rapid rise of mobile learning, the ever-maturing learning skills, the recognition of the value of learning, etc., a qualitative change is profoundly influencing the current development of corporate training environment in China.

In such a background, this annual meeting adheres to the principle of  “guiding the latest ideas of training management, exchanging experience of talents development, facilitating the healthy development of training market”, and is themed by “ professional training creates business value”, focuses on building a sustainable learning ecosystem featured sharing and cooperation, which will truly facilitate training’s transformation into business outcome. The annual meeting invited over 60 renowned professionals, more than 70 training suppliers, and about 1800 people of corporate training industry from home and abroad, to discuss the latest trend of the industry, to display the training products as well as the latest highlights of service.

April 24 is the Corporate Members’ Day of Training Magazine, in which 8 benchmarking enterprises sharing sessions ( China Institute of Telecom, ZTE University of Communication,  UFIDA College, China Merchants Bank University, University of China National Pharmaceutical Group Corporation, Advanced Training Centre of Daqing Oil Field Limited-Liability Company, China UnionPay College, China HP University ), 4 seminars on learning skills( course development, action learning, coaching skills, performance improvement) were held. Through the precipitation of over 10 years’ conference results, it replays the classical pattern of talent development, reproduces the classical training techniques.

On April 25, guests shared their thoughts and experience on topics of corporate training system, transformation of training effectiveness, new learning trend based on mobile Internet era. Meanwhile, Prizes such as “Corporate Training Industry Benchmark Brand in China” were awarded, as well as the latest research result of Training Magazine published. AMA was awarded “Top 10 Corporate Training Industry Benchmark Brand in China of the year 2013-2014”.

In April 26, over 20 sessions of sharing on best case of talent development were held. Outstanding enterprises such as SNPEC, Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Corporation, Baoshang Bank, focused on themes such as design and development of courses, design of learning project, blended learning, innovation of training operation, fully demonstrated the best case of talent development as well as the innovative thinking and practical methods of corporate training management. In the end, the author of Beyond Training, Professor of University of Montreal, Harold Stolovitch gave his sharing on “Beyond Training: From Trainer to Performance Consultant”.

Besides various speeches and seminars, the guests went to booths including AMA’s for in-depth information. AMA’s latest course information, customized gift “the magic cube”, etc, which contained rich information and innovative originality, received the guests’ special attention and welcome.
