2014-05-16
With the development of time, there is a trend that the talents in enterprises are becoming younger and younger, and the new generation has taken the lead in the development of organization. In order to help them fully develop their potentials and grow rapidly, enterprises usually invest large amount of time, manpower and material resource into training, with the notion of “ a thousand days the country nurtures its soldiers and all for one day's battle”. However, during the process of training, many enterprises will encounter two challenges: One is that though the training has take a lot of time, and the brain drain still happens; the second is that the talents will leave after training. These phenomena will not only make the previous efforts wasted, but also force the enterprise to invest more money and resource into the battle for talents.
How to make the new generation take root among organizations, to fully realize their potentials, and to develop with the organization sustainably? These questions have become the puzzle for more and more leaders and HR. At the beginning of the year, AMA held the “ Navigating Employees, Winning the Future” salon in three places, with April 18th is the Beijing salon, April 25th Guangzhou salon, and April 29th Shanghai salon, to discuss the focus of attention of brain drain in new generation employees and its hidden in-depth causes, and to share the topic on how to make talents take root among organizations.
The teachers who gave speech in salons of three places respectively were: AMA’s senior consultant Maggie Huang, Sophie Xie and Helen Min. In the Salon, teachers gave detailed and splendid sharing and interactive discussion on the topic, and organized the guests presented to experience a series of courses of AMA’s Career Navigator. The guests expressed that they were enlightened a lot during the process and learned some practical methods and tools.
More themed salons are coming soon.
