AMA ( China) attended the 2014 China Talent Management Forum( Chengdu)  held by HRoot on April 23. Now the forum has come to a successful conclusion.

This forum is based upon the enterprise’s requirement for talent management. With the ever-growing contention for top talents, it is vital for enterprises’ achieving key advantage to rapidly match top talents and strategic opportunities. Enterprises need to focus on establishing a labor force team which is more rapid and more flexible. In a world with ever-blurring boundary, as well as the influence of globalization, the Internet , the acceleration of risks as well as information explosion, enterprises are increasingly focusing on how to judge the natural talents, how to understand the unique traits of talents, how to cultivate talents, how to accomplish the continuous supply of talents.

There were five speeches and one round table forum the speaker shared new views on talent management, application of new methods, the discrimination of high-potential talents, the construction of leadership development, etc. to more than 300 HR Directors, HR Managers, Training Managers, Department Supervisors.

From 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm, AMA (China) senior consultant Jason gave a speech titled as the Development of Top Management Talents, and promoted an excellent method which was Action Learning. Jason’s vivid speech has aroused the enthusiasm of the guests and the whole guests burst into laughter and applause. As soon as the speech ended, the guests came forward for further communication and left their e-mails and other contact information for receiving speech’s PPT.
