AMA China’s “Program of Team Buidling for Infinitus Supply Chain” Won “Best Practice Award: Learning & Development”

“Program of Team Buidling for Infinitus Supply Chain” designed and implemented in November, 2011 by AMA China was conferred the “Best Practice Award: Learning & Development” in the competition for “Southern China 2013 AMCHAM CHRMA HR Best Practice Awards”.
Officially launched on June 20th, this event marks the first professional competition on human resource management in southern China. With the vision of “qualifying human capital of China”, this Awards has established a platform for HR industry to exhibite and share. The platform collects excellent HR managing experience, arranges strict HR experts’ review and organizes grand awarding ceremony. This competition covers a wide range of areas such as talent recruitment, training and development, employee relations, organization development, etc., and its judging panel comprises of senior consultants, professional media, academic experts and business representatives. Its criteria include strategic significance for practice, innovativeness, power of influence, contribution to business and the like.
Under the guiding principle of “distributing power to the lower level”, the “Program of Team Buidling for Infinitus Supply Chain” designed and implemented by American Management Association (China) built talent teams for manufacturing center by stages. Beyond the traditional single approach of learning and development, this program has adopted Action Learning which is a creative talent development tool combined of “project practice + coaching and mentoring + mixed training”. This program focuses on resolving practical problems in the manufacturing center, makes full use of the real situations that emphasize “learning through working, working while learning”, and closely integrates learning and development with the improvement of organizational effectiveness. As a practical program, Action Learning breaks through the managerial bottlenecks in the manufacturing department.
