From 1pm to 5pm on September 17, 2013, the Third AMA Customer Sharing Session for 2013 was successfully held in Shenzhen.

Customers from dozens of companies attended the sharing session. It was presided over by James Hou, Senior Consultant of AMA, and included two themes: 1. Team leadership; 2. Coaching to create outstanding performance.

Topics of Theme 1: General process of team development; construction priorities and construction methodologies at different stages of the team development; how to maintain the dynamic balance of the team and lead the team to continue to achieve higher performance.

Topics of Theme 2: Definition and value of coaching; coaching processes and skills; performance coaching and application.

Participating customers said they were very impressed by the themes of this sharing session and the professionalism of the coaches, gained a more comprehensive and profound understanding of issues relevant to the team and the coaching itself, and would apply what they had learned during this sharing session to their work in the future.
