On September 3, 2013 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., the second AMA Customer Sharing Session of the current year was successfully held in Shenzhen.

Customers from dozens of companies attended the sharing session. The session, presided over by Sophie Xie, AMA’s senior consultant, included two themes: 1. How to become HR BP; 2. Career Navigator Program: — How to make people rooted in an organization.

Theme 1: Discuss with guests about: How to understand business? How to find common ground between business departments and HR? How to provide value-added services to the business departments? How to gain recognition and cooperation from top management and business departments?
Theme 2: Discuss with guests about: How to treat the new generation of employees? How to look at the career development? How to match the personal traits with the needs of the organization?

The customers were greatly impressed by the themes of the session and the teacher’s professionalism, and expressed that they have gained a more comprehensive and profound understanding of issues relating to their career development and will make a summary and come up with an action plan after the session.
