Activity review: AMA customer sharing session (Shenzhen session on August 14) was held successfully

On August 14, 2013 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., the first AMA customer sharing session of the current year was held successfully in Shenzhen.

Customers from more than 30 companies attended the sharing session. The session, presided over by Lisa Feng, AMA’s senior consultant, included two themes: 1. The Satir Transformation Journey - Leading from Within 2. Establishment and implementation of strategic training system

Theme 1: Introduce Satir psychological knowledge into management to help people identify emotions, viewpoints, expectations and desires behind behavior from the bottom of their hearts, perceive the invalid mode in interpersonal interaction and find a more open and flexible method to take into account oneselves, others and scenarios under interpersonal pressure and give full play to growth potential.

Theme 2: Help master the direction and depth of training management, review the positioning, contents and mode of company training from the strategic perspective, understand the basic methods, tools and procedures of annual training plan formulation, grasp the methods and skills in key aspects such as training demand analysis, training effect evaluation and tracking, and set up the training management system which is suitable for the company’s actual situation.

The heavy rains brought about by typhoon had no effect on the punctual attendance and heated discussions. AMA was deeply touched and appreciated it very much. During the tea break, the customers expressed that they were impressed by the themes of the session and the teacher’s professionalism, and hoped that AMA could hold more activities of this kind to provide more diversified, direct and in-depth opportunities for exchange to all.
