On July 18, 2013, WIAL-EAST China Action Learning Exchange Meeting was held at ShanghaiRoyalton Hotel. Unlike past meetings, this one was attended by many more participants. The meeting was divided into two rounds, one morning and the other afternoon, with three Demos.During the meeting, Jason, general director of Action Learning Division of AMA and Action Learning Coach introduced implementation of Action Learning. He also invited Vicky to be Action Learning Coach of Demo.

Guests lively discussed problems from presenters, while Jason and Vicky joined them and offered guidance.

In the subsequent Q&A, Jason and Vicky answered problems raised by guests in detail. They truly experienced the unique strength of Action Learning, getting a deeper understanding of it. Hence, they developed deeper interest in it.
