The American Management Association (China) participated in “2013 China Training and Development Tour Forum” in Beijing on July 11. The forum has closed in a success.
This session of the forum focuses on current hot topics such as cultivation of key talents, leadership enhancement of middle and senior managers, construction of a multi-layer corporation talent development system and the valid match between training system and corporate strategy. The forum introduces advanced researches and innovative practices and invites senior experts to share their new ideas and method and their view towards the new trend of corporate talent training and development.
Jason Zheng, Director General of AMA Action Learning Business Department and the action learning certificating coach, gave a speech titled “New Century Personal Development Concepts and Methods” on the forum. His speech aroused sympathy and deep thinking among the presented HR people. The speech discussed four subjects: the idea of talent development under a competitive climate, strategy and methods of talent development in the new century, action learning, and successful elements of action learning and sharing of successful cases.
At the end of Jason’s speech, the guests came to AMA booth to exchange the latest information of action learning with Jason Zheng.
By now, “2013 China Training and Development Tour Forum” has successfully closed at Shenzhen, Shanghai and Beijing. We look forward to the opening of the next session.
