On June 27th-28th, AMA (China) joined 2013 China Real Estate Industry Human Capital Management Forum organized by TOPHR which has been successfully completed in Shanghai.

The theme of this forum is "Systems • Lean • Humane". HR executives from China's real estate companies were invited to gather in Shanghai to share and exchange the successful practices of hot topics on human capital management in three segments including "real estate development and management", "commercial real estate" and "property management". The forum aims to allow the excellent management to bring benefits to real estate companies, and enable human intelligence to enhance value for real estate companies.

Many participants visited our AMA booth during the breaks to exchange business cards, get brochures for popular programs and manuals of action learning, and learn more successful cases about the talent development and learning projects in the real estate industry.
