Activity Review: WIAL-East China Action Learning Experiential Seminar (on March 21st in Shenzhen) was successfully held

2013-04-02

On March 21st, the second WIAL-East China Action Learning Experiential Seminar in 2013 was successfully held in Shenzhen.

As a pioneer and advocate for Action Learning in China, AMA China’s Action Learning Department boasts the biggest consultant-base in China. Thank for years of our devotion for research and the innovative integration, conventioneers can participate into the Action Learning group and feel the exclusive power of Action Learning.

With great honor, this experiential seminar was fully supported by a large-scale Chinese private company, and various partners from the leading companies in different industries were invited. And Jason Zheng — General Manager of the Business Division & Action Learning Coach led our guests to implement as the ALC (Action Learning Coach). The 1-hour meeting further endowed conventioneers to understand Action Learning’s 3 distinct powers, that is: the power to solve problems, the power to develop individual leadership, and the power to develop team and organization.

In the subsequent Q&A section, Jason Zheng provided detailed explanation for participants’ questions about Action Learning’s process, roles, project implementation and other aspects. For the better mutual understanding, during this experiential seminar, WIAL-East China also shared with guests about our current achievements and future orientation on “Action Learning”.
