In 2012, AMA and the World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL) jointly created the WIAL East China Branch, and officially established the AMA China’s Action Learning Division, committed to providing more practical Action Learning services, helping companies solve their current urgent and critical problems, while achieving the improvement of individual leadership, to make it beneficial to more organizations.
